4-H Enrollment is due February 29th. 

Additions and Corrections to projects must be completed by March 31.

2008 4-H Project Books Available

The 2008 4-H books are available any time Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. in the Extension office.
If you would like to fax your order into the office at 330.533.2424 or email us a list of your books needed
to expedite your order that option is always available. Click to print out the Book Order Form.

2008 4-H Project Codes

Click for the new 4-H Project Codes for 4-H Enrollment. If you find these codes after your enrollment meeting,
there is no need to change all your forms. The Extension office will change the codes in the system for you.  

Photo Release Forms

All 4-H members and adults that are in photos used for any kind of public use must fill out a photo release form.
You may download the form or request copies at the Extension Office at 330-533-5538.

Junior  $14.00 (age 3& Older, Under 48")                Senior  $14.00 (Ages 62 and over)

Ticket Available at the 4-H window from 9:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. Please have a represntative purchase tickets for a club or group.
