The Ohio State University Extension Office, Mahoning County, collaborates with individuals, families, businesses and other organizations to bring educational and community-engaging activities to the Mahoning Valley. Focusing on critical economic, environmental, youth and family issues, Mahoning Extension strives to bring knowledge and resources using cutting-edge strategies and new technologies to farmers, gardeners, children, seniors and everyone in between. Hosting programs from 4-H to Y-town Garden Partners, Mahoning Extension brings its resources and our researchers' expertise to rural, suburban and urban areas of our county. The Agriculture/Natural Resources program works with individuals, communities and organizations to bring information to you door.
