What is the Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)?

EFNEP  is a free community program for limited income families who want to learn how to improve their family's nutrition and eating habits.  The cost of feeding a family well is high and balancing  meals can be tiring.  The EFNEP program will give you new ideas for healthy, economical cooking and eating.

How Can I Participate in the EFNEP Program?

Programs can be conducted in small home-based groups, an agency, community center or at a church group. You learn by participating in at least 6 hands-on food demonstartions/activity lessons with over 200 topics to choose from.
