About 4-H
Mahoning County 4-H has a variety of events and activities for youth ages 5-19. Over 1,100 members find educational and entertaining opportunities in one or more of the 75 community clubs in the county, as well as in programs such as Junior Camp, CARTEENS, Cloverbud Day Camp, and Junior Fair. There are over 200 different 4-H projects offered, led by 302 adult volunteers. Goats, llamas, horses, crafts, welding, clothing, nutrition, and gardening projects are among the many interest areas available.
