2026 Ohio 4-H Conference

The Ohio 4-H Conference is designed to bring together 4-H volunteers and teens (age 13 and older) from across the State of Ohio. The objective of this event is to learn together and from each other in order to improve our abilities to deliver the Ohio 4-H Program to its members

Who: 4-H Volunteers & Teens (age 13 and up)

When: Saturday, March 21, 2026

Time: 8:00am – 4:00pm

Where: Greater Columbus Convention Center,

   400 N. High St., Columbus, Ohio

Cost: $40 Registration fee

•The 4-H Advisory Committee will cover half of the registration cost for any Mahoning County Volunteer or Teen Member who would like to attend the conference
•Registration cost to you will be $20        
 

Chartered Bus Fee: $10

We will be offering a chartered bus for a fee of $10 per person. The bus will leave the Mahoning County Extension Office at 5:30am and return to the office around 8:00pm.

Please complete the Registration Form below and turn the application and the payment into the OSU Mahoning County Extension Office by Tuesday, February 17, 2026 (you can turn it in in-person at the office OR complete the form and email to Beth at smith.11958@osu.edu)

Tenured Volunteers that are being honored for their years of service at the end of 2025 will also be recognized at the Ohio 4-H Conference in 2026. This includes those with 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, and every year after 40 years of service (ex. 41, 42, 43, etc.).

•You will receive an email invitation from the state 4-H office to the Tenure Reception at the Conference, and you will receive a complimentary registration (so your registration fee will be completely covered)
•You will still need to let the Mahoning County Extension Office know that you plan to attend the conference and the reception, and you will need to fill out the registration material, so we are able to register you for the conference.
