Youth Activities and Programs Policy Qualtrics Course Instructions
The following are instructions for accessing the Youth Activities and Programs Policy Qualtrics Course.

1. Visit the link for the course you need:
   • Ohio 4-H Youth Activities and Programs Policy Training: https://go.osu.edu/YAP
2. Upon opening the link, the course will begin (no log in is required at the start). Due to the nature of the online course, it is recommended that this be completed in one sitting. It is estimated to take 60 minutes.
   • If needing to be completed in more than one sitting, users should use the same device and same browser to do so.
3. Complete each module / video of the course and any corresponding quizzes.
4. At the end of the course – complete the Certificate of Completion / Course Evaluation survey (this will appear automatically after completing the modules).
   • Qualtrics sends a copy of the completion certificate to the person and their respective county’s secure mailbox (i.e. county4h@osu.edu).
