What makes OSU Extension unique in Mahoning County is our ability to link the resources of the university to those of local communities to help people solve problems. In Mahoning County we have hundreds of volunteer leaders in 4-H, Master Gardener Volunteers and Ohio Certified Volunteer Naturalists. These community leaders work with the professional staff to multiply Extension's educational outreach.
