Did you know that drying is one of the oldest forms of food preservation?  There are a variety of ways to dry food, including a dehydrator, an oven, or even the sun!  Dried apples in particular make a tasty and healthy snack year round, and can be made quite easily.  Join us to learn about proper drying techniqes, conditioning and storage so you can enjoy your favorite fruit all year long!
