People have changed Ohio’s landscape since the time of the earliest land surveys in the late 1700s. Wildlife was affected by these changes and some species have responded and adapted to urban (developed) areas. Learning how and why wildlife not only use but thrive, in urban (developed) areas allows humans to understand the influence they have on wildlife species and how to prevent human-wildlife conflict.
Speaker: Jonathon Cepek, Wildlife Ecologist - Cleveland Metroparks
