    Med Instead of Meds Virtual Series Promoting the Mediterranean Way of Eating Mahoning and Trumbull Counties — Ohio State University Extension is launching a monthly virtual education series designed to help participants adopt the Mediterranean Way of eating through simple, practical, and delicious lifestyle steps. The Med Instead of Meds program will guide attendees through seven approachable strategies to “Go Med,” emphasizing great taste, everyday life hacks, and healthy recipe ideas.
