    Interested in eating the Mediterranean?

    The Med Instead of Meds in-person class series will help you "Go Med" by exploring 7 simple steps to eating the Med Way. 


    Join us once a month on Fridays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., to learn Med tips, life hacks, and recipes that will help you eat the Med Way every day. Great tasting and good for you! 


    The simple, delicious,  and satisfying Med Way of eating will keep you coming back for more.

    Safe Food Drying for Home Preservers

    This class covers recommended preparation techniques, proper use of dehydrators and ovens, temperature and time guidelines, and how to prevent common food safety risks such as spoilage and contamination. Emphasis will be placed on current USDA guidelines for pre-treatments, drying conditions, and storage to ensure quality and safety. Participants will also learn how to assess doneness, condition dried foods, label and store products properly.
