    Campers ages 5 - 8 years old will participate in hands-on STEM activities, spend time outdoors, and make new friends! Lunch is provided. 

    When: You get to pick which day your camper comes:

    - Tuesday, July 22, 2025, OR Wednesday, July 23rd, 2025

    Time: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

    Who: All youth ages 5 - 8, 4-H membership is not required

    Join our Master Gardener Volunteer to get current information on the Spotted Lanternfly.  Discussed will be how to identify it, its life cycle, management techniques and more.

    2025 Garden Art Series

    The Mahoning County Master Gardeners will lead hands-on garden art demonstrations that participants will be able to make and take home.

    Workshops run on the second Wednesday of the month April-December at 6:30 pm in the Mahoning County Extension Office.
    All workshops cost $25 per participant.

    Presenter: Erika Lyons, OSU Extension Educator, Agriculture and Natural Resources

    This session will cover the ecology and identification of fungi along with the basics of hunting wild mushrooms. We will also cover some common fungi found in eastern Ohio.
