    The Level I Food Safety Training enhances employee understanding of major food safety principles, including time and temperature abuse, cross-contamination and personal hygiene. 

    The program includes an Employee Training Manual, developed by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation, hands-on activities, lecture, and a Certificate of Completion.

    Mark your calendars to join Mahoning County 4-H for a night of food, fun, and fellowship. The third annual 4-H Endowment Dinner and Auction will be held April 13, 2019 at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Center, 7440 South Ave., Boardman, OH.  A silent auction will begin at 5 p.m. with dinner starting at 6 p.m. and a live auction to follow.

    Robin Adams is honored at Ohio State EFNEP Conference on May 8, 2018. Robin led the state in nutrition behavior changes, graduates, and Cooking Matters grocery tours. Robin is personable and relates with all her students.
