The Level I Food Safety Training enhances employee understanding of major food safety principles, including time and temperature abuse, cross-contamination and personal hygiene.
The program includes an Employee Training Manual, developed by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation, hands-on activities, lecture, and a Certificate of Completion.

OSU Extension has collaborated with TAP (Training Achievement Program) Series to offer an on-line version of Level 2 Food Safety training that meets all ODH requirements. You can complete the online course at your own pace and at a time that works for you.

Mark your calendars to join Mahoning County 4-H for a night of food, fun, and fellowship. The third annual 4-H Endowment Dinner and Auction will be held April 13, 2019 at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Center, 7440 South Ave., Boardman, OH. A silent auction will begin at 5 p.m. with dinner starting at 6 p.m. and a live auction to follow.
