Join the 2025 “Veggies & More Tour” – A Free Summer Gardening Series

Mahoning County, OH – OSU Extension invites all gardening enthusiasts, beginners, and community members to attend the 2025 Veggies & More Tour, a weekly summer garden series held every Monday at 6:00 PM throughout June, July, and August.

This engaging series will feature visits to local gardens across the county, led by OSU Extension staff and Master Gardener Volunteers. Attendees will explore real-life growing spaces, learn best practices in vegetable gardening, and receive practical tips for managing common issues like weeds, disease, and insects. Bring your garden questions—and even your plant samples—for on-site diagnosis and advice!

Participants are encouraged to bring a lawn chair, a notepad, and their curiosity. Each session offers a chance to connect with fellow gardeners and gain hands-on knowledge in a relaxed outdoor setting.
