Level I Food Safety Training

Level I Food Safety Training is a basic food safety education course for food service workers (such as servers, cooks, deli workers, dishwashers, daycare workers, cafeteria workers) who need basic safe food handling knowledge and skills.

Dates: 3/11, 5/14, 8/12, 10/7

Location: OSU Extension Office - 490 S. Broad St., Canfield, OH 44406

Time: 9-Noon

Cost: $40/class

 

Serv Safe Training

The ServSafe® program provides accurate, up-to-date information for all levels of employees on handling of food, from receiving and storing to preparing and serving.
Upon successful completion of the course and exam, participants receive a Certificate of Completion from ServSafe® and a Certification in Food Protection from the Ohio Department of Health.

Dates:  March 16-18,  May 11-13,  July 27-29,  October 26-28

Location: Choffin Career & Technical Center

Times: 8:30 - 4:30 p.m. Day 1 and 2; 8:30 - Noon Day 3

Cost: $200/person
