Alex has a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Kent State University and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications from the University of Mount Union. With more than a decade of experience working with students, youth, and community partners, she brings a strong background in youth engagement, STEM, robotics, artificial intelligence, and hands-on learning. In addition to her urban 4-H and school enrichment work, Alex provides staff training and professional development, leadership development, community engagement, and marketing and public relations for the Mahoning County Extension office. Her work helps connect Extension with schools, organizations, community partners, and residents throughout Mahoning County.
