My name is Cathy Tusek and I am a program assistant for SNAP-Ed. I grew up in Struthers (Go Cats!) and attend Victory Christian Center, Boardman Campus. Before coming to work at our Extension office, I owned and operated First Impression Makeup & Skin Care. Children grow up, and I always wanted to use my degree from Youngstown State University in community health education and share not only the knowledge I gained there but now all my life experiences. God blessed me with this opportunity in April 2018 when I joined this amazing team of professionals. I am honored to be able to give back to my community by teaching healthy eating habits through MyPlate and always grateful to meet and help so many wonderful participants!
