She brings a wealth of knowledge in community education and outreach, connecting research-based information with the practical needs of individuals and families. Her areas of specialization include Nutrition & Healthy Living, Food Safety & Food Preservation, Chronic Disease Prevention, Healthy Aging, and Housing & HUD Programs. Through her programming, Luann helps community members build practical skills, navigate important life decisions, and access resources that support healthier, safer, and more financially secure households and communities.
